Too much software.
Too much manual work.
Start with the problem. Then choose the technology.

Why we exist
Companies buy CRMs, accounting software, scheduling tools, phone systems, marketing platforms, and internal databases. Then employees spend hours moving information between them. Chasing invoices. Following up with leads who went cold. Retyping the same job details into a third system.
We build the layer that makes everything work together.
The work starts with understanding the process: which systems hold the information, who owns the next step, and how exceptions should be handled. We use existing software features, APIs, databases, and custom code where they fit. Access, technical limits, and ongoing operating costs help determine the scope.
Aplos AI offers managed products with ongoing service pricing and custom systems with a written implementation scope. Ownership, account access, hosting, handoff, support, and third-party charges are defined for the engagement before work begins. See delivered project examples, or check out our pricing.
Founders
Aplos is a father-and-son team. When you hire us, you're talking to the people scoping the work and writing the code. No account manager in the middle. No offshore team you never meet. We're based in Atlanta and work with businesses across the US, and if you're in the Atlanta metro we'll come scope the job in person.
Jay Mithani
Cofounder
Jay has spent decades in enterprise technology, spanning sales engineering, solutions architecture, and cybersecurity, at companies including Dell, EMC, HPE, Delta, and Veracode. At Aplos he makes sure security is never an afterthought: every system we build is designed to be safe from day one, not bolted on later.
Zachariah Mithani
Cofounder
Zachariah leads engineering and oversees the creation of every Aplos project. He's been working with generative AI since the day it went public and builds many of our apps, integrations, agents, and custom systems himself.
Why we started Aplos. Talk to any small business and the story's the same. They're paying monthly for software that almost fits, stacking subscription on subscription, and still doing most of the manual work by hand. We started Aplos to build around the actual operation, with a clear scope and documented responsibilities. A managed service and a custom handoff have different ownership and support terms, which we agree before implementation.

What makes us different
Custom builds have a written scope and quoted implementation price. Changes outside that scope are reviewed and priced separately. Managed products have ongoing service pricing, with third-party and usage charges identified before implementation.
The written scope identifies who controls the code, accounts, infrastructure, and data. Custom handoffs include the agreed documentation and access. Managed products include the service, support, and export or cancellation terms in their plan.
Delivery dates depend on scope, system access, dependencies, and acceptance checks. We agree a setup plan or project milestones before implementation and flag dependencies that could change the schedule.
Our work
We work best with growing, operations-heavy businesses where manual processes, disconnected systems, and slow communication are becoming expensive. Usually ten to five hundred people, with high lead volume, scheduling, quotes or estimates, and several systems that do not talk to each other.
How we build
We build intake portals, scoring rules, reporting systems, integrations, and internal tools. Existing platforms can be part of the solution; custom code fills the gaps that the scope identifies. Hosting, API usage, software licenses, maintenance, and support can create recurring costs. The proposal defines the infrastructure, access, code ownership, and handoff for your engagement.
Bring the systems your team uses, such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Clio, Stripe, Salesforce, Monday, or Notion. We check the required API features, plan eligibility, permissions, limits, and test access before promising an integration. A custom tool is scoped only after its data and workflow requirements are understood.
