Team Operations

Onboarding and internal workflows scoped around your team and systems.

This is scoped individually while our monthly launch focuses on calls and estimate follow-up. We confirm the workflow, connections and price before making a commitment.

Define the handoff before automating it

An internal workflow needs a clear trigger, an owner and a visible finish. For onboarding, that may mean collecting approved information, assigning tasks to the right people and recording which steps still need attention. For recurring operations, it may mean routing a request, checking required fields and escalating exceptions.

Bring a representative example

Start with the current form, spreadsheet or checklist, the systems involved and an example of a request that went wrong. Identify which information is sensitive, who may see it and which decisions require approval. Those details determine the access model and the boundary between an automatic action and a human review.

Agree what successful delivery means

A useful scope names the expected output, duplicate handling, failure notifications and the person who owns maintenance. It also includes tests for missing information and unavailable connections. Timing, integrations, hosting and support are confirmed for the agreed project rather than assumed from a tool name.
